We want customers to make informed purchasing decisions before buying.
Memberships
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous payments.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, membership payments are non-refundable.
Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Time is reserved specifically for each coaching client and therefore purchases are considered final.
VIP Store Build
VIP Store Build purchases are non-refundable.
Work begins shortly after purchase and includes customized planning, implementation, and business-specific services.
VIP Mega Bundle
The VIP Mega Bundle contains a combination of:
- Membership access
- Coaching
- Store build services
- Training
- Software access
Because benefits begin immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable files, recordings, software access, and training materials are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
We are committed to resolving reasonable concerns professionally whenever possible.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Approval of one refund request does not establish a precedent for future refund requests.
